Refund & Return Policy (California Governing Law)

All Sales Final on Custom Work

All custom-fabricated, modified, welded, engineered, or made-to-order products are FINAL SALE. Once production, material procurement, or scheduling has begun, orders may not be canceled. All deposits are non-refundable.

Standard Product Returns

Non-custom, unused items may be eligible for return ONLY if:

- Return is requested within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

- Written authorization is provided by PMR Enterprises with an approved RMA # provided by PMR Enterprises.

- Item is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging.

- Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, customer-paid return shipping, and inspection approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

No Returns or Refunds On

Custom fabricated parts, welded customer-supplied components, labor or services, installed or used items, electrical components, clearance items, special orders, or deposits.

Damaged Shipments

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and original packaging retained.

Labor & Services

All labor, fabrication, design, and welding services are non-refundable once performed.

Assumption of Risk

All products are intended for off-road and racing use only. Customer assumes all risks associated with installation and use, including risk of injury and/or death, property damage, or vehicle damage. No warranty of street legality or fitness for public highway use is provided.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact PMR Enterprises before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under California law, PMR Enterprises’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California. Customer waives the right to trial by jury and participation in class actions.

Attorneys’ Fees

In any dispute arising from a chargeback, breach, or collection matter, PMR Enterprises shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
